Do you like to chew people out if they don't answer your question the way you want it to be answered?

Or can you still be nice without insulting them or being rude?
I guess it just depends on the mood we're in huh?
If i have ever been rude or nasty in my replies to any of you...
I do apologize. Trying to make a better day here.

  • I'm sure most all of us have been there before. I don't ask that many questions, but sure I've had some snarky replies at times. Great message and reminder to make it a better day

I won't curse, but habitual offenders might get a bit of my irony or sarcasm. IF they take my question out of context.

I like your idea, however... I wish you a lovely day!

I like your style.  I think you and I fight nonsense much the same way.

Thank you dear. I don't like being rude or sarcastic just because I can. However, it shouldn't be taken as an invitation to treat me bad. :-)

  • I've never chewed anyone out on any questions I've asked on sites like this.  If I only want to hear my own views .. I might as well just talk to myself.  I want people to answer how they choose .. it doesn't threaten my own views.

Definitely not.  If I start to get like that, I better take a long break from the Internet.

No.  Never for that reason.  I just like to chew.   And chewing people out is my favorite meal.

If someone answers a question ... and their answer is NOT what I like, expected , or wanted .... I accept that as "Their" answer based on "Their" ideas and thoughts ...

If we  all answered the same way ... we'd be a world of "Stepford"  people .... the diversity is what makes us a little or a lot different from others ... makes us interesting ... etc ....

What a boring world we'd have if we all thought just alike ....

I don't like to chew people out.
I never know how people may answer my questions or statements. By far, any replies I've received have been fun, surprising or enlightening to me. I have no expectations for answers I may receive.

(Now, if I could only approach other areas of my life in such a seemingly logical manner! Ha!)
