    I live in the UK. Libraries have censorship because they are used by minors. It's a bit like age-restricted videos. If they contain inappropriate language, they are automatically age-restricted (15 in the UK). If they contain explicit sex scenes they are classified as adult videos (18 or older). If I look at it that way it makes sense to me.
