It's based on a odds system. Right now they have Hillary as the winner and if you place a $10 bet on her to win you win $1.30. The same bet on Trump gets you a little more and if you bet on Gary Johnson you would be rich. They also have assorted bets on Senators and a bet about possible impeachments after the election. As far as I know this is the first time a Government controlled lottery/gambling commission has taking bets on an Election and I'm not sure if it's a good idea. Maybe that type of betting should be left to the Bookies in the street because there is more of a Trickle down effect with the money in play. Cheers and happy weekend!
