Since Presidential pardons are only valid for federal crimes ... states could pull a reverse of what the federal government does, and prosecute them in state court for state crimes.
I know. New York has at three 3 cases going against the duck. Once he is civilianized he is a sitting duck for prosecution. As for his crony crooks there will keep cheating and lying throughout life and maybe they will get nailed again for something. One can hope.
So how many pardon will the duck crank out? Dozens? Hundreds? Thousands? Thank you for your reply Walt and Happy Thanksgiving Thursday 2020! :)
