I don't think it's supposed to be funny, unfortunately. We all know these people exist in droves. Particularly in West Virginia. It's a shame, really. One of the most beautiful states, geographically.

I guess there is a niche for it, unfortunately. He was probably hoping Trump would invite him to perform at his second inauguration. Too bad, so sad.
