I really would like the money, but I just don't trust the vaccine enough for it to be worth the risk. I have a friend who is a nurse and he said he will not take it either. I asked if the hospital he works would require everyone to take it. His reply, "I'm old enough to retire!" This post was edited by glenho at November 30, 2020 7:38 PM MST

He will probably have to take that retirement.  I know healthcare workers in my town will start recieving vaccine in less than 2 weeks. It is mandatory.

    It depends on the hospital.
The one I work at, it is not mandatory ... but "direct patient care" employees are given first choice.  (That also includes housekeeping staff, as they clean the rooms.)

I’m not planning on getting it either. I heard from a friend, not sure if it’s accurate, that hospital personnel will be required to get the vaccine.

Maybe not the best idea. Who’s gonna be there to treat patients, if down the road it’s discovered that the vaccine has devastating adverse reactions?

After all, this vaccine has been rushed through. I would think that rushing through most everything could have devastating consequences.

Nope! For all I know, that damn vaccine could turn me into the elephant man. I'll wait until the "beta testing" is over. This post was edited by Zack at December 29, 2020 3:31 PM MST
