If fraudulent activity is proven to have occurred during a federal election, what happens to the person (s) who committed the fraud?

Fine.. jail time? Who would risk that unless they were made an 'offer they could not refuse'?

    It's actually not a federal election. While the presidency and vice-president are federal offices, of course, it's 51 state elections including DC. That's why each state has different election rules and laws.

    It is a felony and can be punished with imprisonment. Convicted felons also lose certain rights.

    Apparently, if it's a Caucasian nothing happens to them. However, if it's a black person everything bad happens to them.

    OMG, people make really bad decisions every day for no reason.  Give them a reason and there are a few who will make them without hesitation.
