So when are the real Karens going to stand up and take back their fine name? ;)

I know too many fine, fine creatures named "Karen" and I find the current derogatory use of the name "Karen" stupid.
The Karens I know deserve better treatment.

I agree. I have wondered how that name was chosen.

All of the Karens I know personally are very nice women.

I admit I had no idea about the Karen people. Your informative answer is enough for me to probably delete my question. It deserves more attention than my question. :) Maybe I'll rewrite another question or statement about "Karen."

In my question I was referring to the current use of "Karen" to describe pushy, overbearing, arrogant, "I want to see the manager" (add any derogatory adjective you'd like) type of women.

It's past the middle of the night, Woke up a couple of hours ago, I'm going to try to go back to sleep.

I still was thinking of deleting when I came here. But I won't, thanks, Element 99.
    I'm uptight. But okay.

I understand that the new PC name to call them is "Richard".

I know a cool Karen and one who is the epitome of a "Karen". I would be really bummed if I was named Karen or an actual "Karen". I'm anti-"Karen".

I "liked" and then got distracted before I posted, woops.  :)

I only know great Karens --  all named Karen before the current misuse of the name, ha.  :)

Many apologies, amber! I only now just saw your answer, from months ago! (It's weird -  I get notifications on comments/replies/'likes' except I often do not receive them for those posts within my own questions.)

Anyway, I still resent how the fine name "Karen" is now abused, ha! :)
But your answer is fun, thanks!
