Do you ever wonder how other people have your name saved in their telephone “Contacts” lists?

 

 Depending on who it is, of course, am I listed as Randy D, Randy, Randall, Randolph, Mr. Randolph, Marine Vet, Semper Fi Guy, Ran-Ran, SandMan, Torta Tonto, King Tilde, King of Tildes, Tild Master, Sammy Sammiches, Vegemite Avenger, Guac Doc, 2nd Son, Bro2, The Lad, DocChoc, Alimony Machine, Ex-Spouse Louse, Grammar Slammer, Pa, Dad, D’azole, Do Not Answer, Vio Restrain Ord, Bloqt4Ever, . . . ?

    Nope.  Don't care either.  Not my concern. 

    Besides, I seriously doubt that anyone has me their contacts list.... well... except that lady with an eastern accent that calls to tell me that my Apple bill is overdue.  (I'd sure hate to not get my  Granny Smiths...they're good).   Oh, and that nice young man who calls each month to remind me that my car warranty is about to expire.  (haven't got the heart to tell him that my car was repossessed in 1984).     I'm listed as "Nevan" in my best friend's and my mom's phone. I'm listed as "Nevan B" in another friend's phone (I guess because there are so many other Nevans?) and in my dad's phone I'm "Son". lol

    I do wonder if my Japanese cousin lists me as ネバン

    It's either my name, Mom/Momma/Mama or Aunt/Auntie (my name).
