When Rudy Giuliani ran for mayor of NYC and lost to David Dinkins in 1989, he claimed that the election was stolen.

He claimed that thousands of black people voted illegally in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. Sound familiar? He must've been practicing for 2020, lol.
