Old retiree truck drivers killing thousands every year. Why are retirees seeking these jobs? Are Millenials to blame?

When will self-driving trucks put these old workers that are barely able to survive out of a job?

    Where?  I am in Arizona.  All I see around here is spoiled millennials driving these huge (huuuoge) white pickup trucks and trying to weave in and out and own the road down here.  They should be removed permanently from the highways.
