      The camera is not in the refrigerator! She has the door to it open and she’s looking into the refrigerator.

    And yet...we can see her looking into the refrigerator.

      And yet that means the camera is to her right side as the door is to her left side and she is facing the inside of the refrigerator, meaning that the camera is assuredly not inside the refrigerator.  It it were inside there, her face would show in full frontal as opposed to profile.
