With those real-life gifs and videos that are intended to be funny, where people get hurt trying to do things, or things happen accidentally to them, I can't look at them, either. 
I guess I shouldn't think this cartoon was funny, either.

I've been told that it's a characteristic of being an empath.

I had to look up "empath," even though I strongly assumed it was related to "empathy."
If you're an empath, it doesn't surprise me. And I mean that in a good way.
