    You know it.  I had Irish butter in Ireland this Fall.  It reminded me of butter when I was a kid.  We just bought some here in Florida.  We'll never go back to anything else.

    Butter.  I never buy anything but, but I don't really use very much of it.  I have to keep it in the freezer in small chunks or sticks.  I like to buy the butter from the Amish that comes wrapped in butcher paper.  This is the best butter!!!!

    Butter, definitely! (Preferably churned from the fresh cream of grass-fed Guernseys, or Jerseys, or Brown Swiss.) I'd rather use freshly-rendered lard than to use margarine. It's healthier.
