When quantum computers become fully developed and functional do you think that could eliminate any need for the personal computer?

There would be just one central computer about the size of a walnut somewhere that billions of people could be using at the same time and you just rent your own space from it (using a secure password) for  a reasonable monthly fee. Who would own this system? Would be a big battle over ownership?

I think protection for security would be able to be built into the system somehow.
