    For my 16th birthday, Kenny Miller took me out to dinner (don't recall where) and to see my first Broadway Show - The Billy Barnes Revue.  That was the beginning of my love of live theater.  I have no idea how much he spent.

    Local pizza joint. I'd guess $20 or less. 

    Another early date took me to the nicest restaurant in the county and to see Karate Kid II. I'd guess $50 for that one. 

    It's hard to remember how much things cost 35 years ago!!
