Texas ERCOT officials say they have no idea when power outages will be restored. Know what ERCOT stands for don'tcha?

electric RELIABILITY council of texas

RELIABILITY my a**

It manages the load of electric power to 26 million texas and represents 90% of electric load in the state.

Ain't it just great? Big bragging by ERCOT and see what happens?
Sheesh. Dumba** braggarts are now jeopardizing the lives of MILLIONS of Texans. Good job!

Up here, PG&E stands for "possible gas and electric".  What's happening in Texas is very familiar to Northern California (cold, fires... they both yield the same results).  Those who were supposed to be doing their job weren't.   Then when the **** hits the fan, everyone suffers, but no one takes responsibility..

From California - "Welcome to the real world, Texas.  We feel for you because we've been there (and still are)."

D'ya think this will knock down their arrogance? I don't. Dumbsh** Rick Perry said Texans would rather suffer for a few days than be attached to anything the government can do for them. Wonder how he is suffering currently? At all? Dumsh** is what he was is and always will be. Double dumbsh**! Sigh. Thank you for your reply Shuhak! :)

Texans are proud.  They want to be independent and therefore don't like relying on the federal government.  That's why they have their own power grid.

Well if Texans are so proud how come when Trump called Ted Cruz's  wife ugly Ted Cruz didn't  put his arms up and say - these fists aren't  out to milk a cow? Sheldon Cooper from the Big Bang Theory said that when Wheaton disrespected his woman. Cheers!

Doesn't CA have rolling blackout on a regular basis?  TX does not.  Do you know what remain strong? What is still giving out the same amount of wattage as always...COAL.   Problem is the took coal plants out and replaced them with wind, solar and natural gas.  And all of these failed in the extreme cold.

Why does CA have rolling blackouts?  They have no extreme cold.
