I most often hear "Where're you at?" rather than 'Where are you?". Which do use more often?

Or do you use another phrase?

    I say, "Where're you at?".  (I rather doubt cats care whether you're grammatically correct or not)

    I swear, periods are like teenagers - they rarely mind.  Oh, I put the period where it belonged, but did it stay?  Noooo!  It had to sneak over and smoke with its friends ? and (.  You can tell they're smoking by the " cloud above them.  And from the looks of them, they're stoned.  When it friends aren't stoned ,they look like ! and [.

    To me they mean two different things.. where are you at means to me, what's going on for you.. where are you in your life, your thoughts, your feelings, your progress through life or difficult times.. Where are you at compared to last time we spoke.. 

    The other refers to location
