    No.  (hear that Pandora?  Ain't gonna happen!)

    You do know that companies purposefully make (place) ads to be intrusive just so you'll pay to have them blocked.  Some even increase the number of ads.  Plus, even if you do pay to have them blocked, they still manage to slip one in every now and then (even if it's for themselves).

    And good luck getting fewer telemarketing calls.  Real advertisers know that's not a good way to get sales these days and avoid it (That doesn't include you Bank Account Number Consolidation Corporation of North India, You're 100% legit.)

    No. That is also counter-intuitive...you pay more for products/services that are advertised.
