The trouble is that His Royal Orangeness is NOT a conservative, never has been. He is perfectly happy to destroy all societal norms to further his own ends - the diametric opposite of "conservatism".
Inability to tell the truth - he lied so habitually that he was unable to keep his story straight, Gutting the EPA, Inability to be civil (answering even the most pleasant "Dorothy Dix" questions with savagery and innuendo, assaulting the leader of an allied nation, etc) Demonizing the different ("sh**hole countries", accusing all Mexicans of being rapists, attacking 4 Dem POC female politicians, telling them to "go back to their own country", 3 of whom were natural born citizens), Persisting in baseless accusations of electoral fraud (borrowing from the Goebbels playbook, "always accuse the other side of that which you are guilty" - the phone call to Raffensperger was a criminal act, had he not stacked the Supreme Court with his trained seals he would absolutely do time - as it is he'll get away with a slap on the wrist at worst)

I'll try to respond as frankly as I can so there are no mistakes in what I'm trying to say. What the media rarely include in their assessment of Trump’s truthfulness is that all presidents lie. The most consequential presidential liar was Lyndon B. Johnson. A liberal Democrat.
Most Americans can see the difference between an out-and-out lie and self-evident hyperbole, even if the mainstream press and Trump’s political opponents will not.
Civil answers? The "societal norm" today in politics is to know your role and do what you are told. Unfortunately for business as usual politicians Trump wouldn't roll over and play dead. The left ran up against a president where name-calling doesn’t work.
Trump doesn’t care if he’s not liked by the left or the “fake” news. He was an outsider and a fighter from the streets, not a spineless career politician. He is a patriot that fights fire with fire. Something this country needed and still needs. And something you will not see with our present Socialist president.
Trump bypasses the media and goes directly to the people. He’s not dependent upon hostile media to get his message out. Trump’s tweets and rallies keep his faithful fed with the information he wants them to celebrate.
He doesn’t let Democrats get away with their lies. Trump lets voters know that America is exceptional, that patriotism is good, that all lives matter, and that jobs matter to all races, genders, or classes. If you were an American patriot you would know all of this but you aren't and don't.
Trump began to dismantle the socialist agenda that was started by Obama and the liberals didn't take kindly to that. Trump made it clear—" America will never be a socialist country!”. That frightened the socialists so they attacked even more and did what they do best, lie cheat, and steal. Now, instead of having a patriot in office, we have a far-left socialist who, as we speak, is attacking our Constitution, our freedoms, our rights, our economic system, and our way of life. I repeat, if you were an American patriot, you would see this, but you aren't and don't.
