Have you ever done any research on the reasons why so many politicians voted it down? I believe I posted this article before in response to one of your questions about the minimum wage. You may have not seen it or perhaps you just ignored it so I'll post it again. It's good reading and sheds light on several things. Just for example's sake, I personally make several dollars an hour less than the potential $15.00 minimum wage, and I'm doing just fine. Adaptation. :)
