Do you think we should have a 'National Bad Grammar Day'?

Should there be a national day of observance of national days of observance, or should there be a national day of observance of banning the moronic practice of naming national days of observance?

I am led to understand at least 50% of non-Hispanic Americans practice bad grammar at least 100% of the time. So there would seem to be little point.

The phrase “at least” is misused here.
