    No, the polling place where I live is the county courthouse.  It's illegal where I live to carry a gun, concealed or not to a courthouse unless you're a judge or court employee.

  • Positively not. Since polling places are often, government buildings, schools and churches, such is not allowed and rightfully so, at least not here. To attempt to bring a weapon into a courthouse or government facility unless you happen to be law enforcement personnel, is a felony. Unfortunately, recent history has shown that armed thugs can in fact turn people away from polling places in some areas of the country.
