Without the internet much evil and hate would not have been so easily facilitated. Is the price for internet much higher than we thought?

Did the inventors thereof think about how it would be used and by whom and for what ends?

Like inventing the atom bomb. Would we have been much better off without it?

Shouldn't all inventors be aware of what they put out there will do can do might do? Just because you think it must you do it create it?

If there were no planes travel would be slower. Wars would be fought on the ground. Would we have been better off without that invention?

The internet is not in and of itself evil, it's just a tool. A tool you can use for good or evil. What evil you see on the internet is caused by man and it's ultimately your choice to either stay away from this evil or to partake of it. Don't blame the inventors of the internet, blame ourselves for not being able to say no to the evil that's found within it. Just my opinion of course.
