The Fourth Amendment protects Americans “against unreasonable searches and seizures.”
Joe Biden’s administration, troublingly, believes warrantless seizure of your firearms is perfectly reasonable even if the reason to believe you pose a danger to yourself or others is practically nonexistent. To put it another way, Joe Biden is urging the Supreme Court to impose restrictions on the Fourth Amendment protections and permit warrantless gun confiscation.
It's one thing if a known felon possesses firearms but it looks as if Joe Biden wants to include all law-abiding, lawful gun owners in his attack against the fourth Amendment. I can't give you are the reason why Joe Biden isn't against the 4th Amendment because it looks to me like he is against it.
Are you kidding? Biden is not against the fourth amendment. Neither was Trump or any other president. The president is sworn to "preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States." To stand in opposition to any part of the constitution would be a dereliction of duty.
Are you American? If not, that might explain your question and lack of understanding of this basic tenet of the presidency.
