    The chair challenge..

    Facing the wall from 3 feet away slide a lightweight chair in front of you then bend down with your chest flat onto the seat of the chair and your head against the wall,then take a grip of the chair with both hands now try to stand straight up without pushing yourself up from the chair.

    Apparently only women can do this because their center of gravity is different.
