Which actress or actor do you think never should have left the television series where she/he had been a great cast member?

EDIT:
I’m not referring to cancellation of a show entirely, I’m referring to those instances when someone has left the cast and the series still continued on.

    I'm still upset about the cancellation of the TV program "Fat Actress" with Christy Aly.  It was funny as heck and supported by appearances of actors who had been in the business for a while.

      Thank you for your answer, I’m not referring to cancellation of a show entirely, I’m referring to someone leaving while the series is still being produced.

    Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park left Hawaii Five-O because of a salary disparity with other actors on the show.  I liked both of them and would have been happy had they remained until the series went off the air.

    EDIT TO ADD:  I was also sorry that Cote de Pablo left NCIS.  I loved her character and the series had more oomph with her in it.  Her replacement is an awful actress who I dislike more with each episode.   This post was edited by SpunkySenior at March 31, 2021 9:08 AM MDT

    I find him a bit irritating, too, but not nearly as much as Bishop and the forensic gal.  They've gotten rid of too many interesting characters.  I used to not be able to wait for Tuesday, now it's, "meh."  Even Gibbs' character is getting boring.  There are few new episodes, which I understand, but since the older ones aren't that interesting any longer, I watch something else.  I'm sorry they're cancelling NCIS New Orleans.  I liked that one.

    Several members of NCIS were removed over the course of the series. Ziva, Mike and Abbey come to mind. I'm not too elated about the present crew.
