Have any of your relationships ever broken up because, over time, you discovered your musical tastes were too far apart?

Not at all. That is quite petty and there are many other reasons to break up.

She was screwing around with my boss for nine months before she told me.

Was your boss a woman or are you talking about someone other than your ex-wife?

Maybe the last straw, but not on its own, no.

There is one relationship that can never happen because the gentleman in question claims his device will not play country music.

Well, it certainly is a good thing that while country might be your favorite, let him know that you do enjoy other types and genres too. Just bat your eyelashes and sway your hips seductively, you’ll have him eating out of the palm of your hand.

Country isn't all I listen to, or my favorite. But, I just can't trust anyone who doesn't like the Oak Ridge Boys.

He’s probably easier to catch than you think he is. I’d be glad to drop by your place and discuss this with you . . .

No. Only kids have time to just sit around and listen to music.

Define “kids”.  For centuries and all over the world, people of all ages have enjoyed music. And what’s this about sitting around and listening to it?  While does take place (and quite often), it’s not the only way music is consumed. Oftentimes, music is incorporated into other activities that are taking place at the same time it’s being played.

A yes answer indicates a shallow loveless relationship.  That's OK too.  Most of them probably fit that description.

Nope. My better half likes P!nk, an artist I have little time for because she can sing but prefers to scream her t*ts off instead. My tastes are eclectic, I performed opera which M can't stand.
