Legislation against HATE crimes? WHADDABOUT crimes based on fear and envy/jealousy? That's the racist-based chowder ingredients. YOU LIKE?

I do not like thought police.  

Crime is crime.  It should be based on actions. Not what the criminal was thinking.  The penalty should not be effected by the race/gender/sexuality'/etc of the victim. 

If you harm someone purposely, you should be punished.
