    He expects me to prepare meals for him. He refuses to take me out to a nice restaurant for dinner. He won't eat mayo or guacamole.

    I can't think of anything other than demanding that I try new things simply because he likes them.  What each of us eats is no one else's business......I mean once we reach the age of 10 or so.
