    I didn't get the first. I didn't get the second shot. And no, I'm not going to get the so-called booster shot either.

    I will get a booster shot if that is recommended as I've had both of the initial Moderna shots.

    If the mutations and variants get out of hand what we have won't work any longer. So I won't be surprised if we be facing the rest of our lives getting protective shots and booster shots from now on. Thank you for your reply L and Happy Friday to thee! :)

    That could possibly happen.  Of course, if everyone would get vaccinated, the variants wouldn't have as good a chance at taking hold, but forgive me for being logical. :)  Happy Friday. :)

    Not if the variants are of a type that your vaccine can't handle. That is an unknown at this time. That's the problem. But we be of good faith and hope that we are protected. We will only KNOW FOR SURE on the other wide of it. Meanwhile Good Luck to all of us. Sigh. Thank you for your reply L! :)

    So far, the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, and possibly the J&J, have been successful in fighting the variants.  We'll have to wait and see what happens next.

    If that's what's needed, then of course I will.

    Considering how hard it was/is to coax (bribe) most people into getting the vaccine in the first place, it's highly doubtful they will want to get a booster (more bribing?).  This could make the virus come back again ... and we'll get to do this all over again.
