    A missing wisdom tooth will be some sort of missing wisdom. Tough, the question might be... Is IQ based on wisdom, or is it more a question about how we bite into the apple of wisdom being suspended with braces?

    I'm pretty sure there is no set method of which go first.  It depends on which are the most rotten.  If they all are, well then there was never any wisdom in the patient in the first place.

    Dental Braces?  WHy would anyone extract teeth because of braces?    I think you meant dentures, no?  No one gets teeth removed for braces.
