Discussion»Questions»Outside the Mug» If multimillion dollar lottery draws continued on forever then would everyone in the country eventually become a millionaire?
Nope. Assuming that each winner was eliminated from subsequent draws, it would take 10 years to get everyone. Of course, it is estimated that 4 million babies are born in the US each year. Long before everyone gets their "pot", the value of money would have decreased so much it would be worth less than toilet paper was in 2019.
