Every time I have watched it, they never mention Pepsi, Sprite, Dr. Pepper etc. All they talk about are these people I never heard of, doing things I don't care about. What's up with that?
It was a while before I realized it, too. I haven't seen "Chess" but I have a recording of the entire show. As much as I like ABBA, I'm not surprised I like the show, too.
Makes me want to go listen to "When All Is Said and Done," my favorite ABBA tune (it's not in "Chess").
Off-topic: I have no desire to see these shows and movies based on ABBA tunes - - I can't even remember the names of the movies and shows - - I know Meryl Streep, whom I like, is in one of the movies. For me, there's nothing like the four original ABBA members, together, for me. I don't want to hear other people singing the tunes, ha. (Even though there are countless covers of songs by many artists and groups which I like, even when I like the originals.)
Somehow, with ABBA, it'd be like hearing other people sing The Mamas and The Papas' tunes- - there is no group like The Mamas and The Papas for me; no one sounds like them - - those four, together, created way more than magic for WelbyQ.
