    There is over 958,000 doctors in the US., 91,375 in Canada.  306,000 in Mexico.  Now, to say none of those in just three countries haven't, would be a stretch.  Now add in the rest of the Worlds practicing doctors; the odds of finding at least one goes up.     The noun is plural, so the tense of the verb must agree with it.
