How should we punish the person who came up with the concept of "Glitter Beards?"

lol I don't get it either. I'm kind of wondering if this was some guy's ingenious ploy to get out of trouble with his SO after visiting a strip club. "No, honey, honest. It's a real trend now. Everybody's doing it."

Same way we should punish whoever decided men should wear skinny pants.  They don't even look good on most women!

Anyway, if I wanted to punish them?  I would shave off the beard.  Shave the pubes, glue the pubes to the face and dump sneezing powder all up on it.
