Mushrooms. Potatoes. Onions. Rice. Apples. Olives. Grapes. Corn. Lettuce. Pears. Cabbage. Et cetera.

Not limited to the list above, what are some fruits and/or vegetables that are naturally available in at least two or more colors, yet your usual preference is to eat that fruit or vegetable in only one of its particular colors?

For example, I know some who only eats green apples, not red ones.

I prefer Wild,  "brown" rice.  It is more nutrient dense.

By definition, vegetables are a ‘herbaceous plant grown for an edible part that is usually eaten as part of a meal’. By that logic, rice can be considered as a vegetable.

Mushrooms are pretty boring if you encounter them socially. That gi isn't much fun at all.

I only like green olives, not black ones. I also prefer green apples to red or yellow. I prefer red grapes to green or black, but I used to prefer green.

So you despise, detest, abhor, and hate the black ones, eh?  Duly noted, my dear, aptly and duly noted. Grrrrrrr.

I don't enjoy them, but I wouldn't say despise, detest, hate or abhor.  It's not like they're avocados.

Blackberries are one of my favorite berries. Surely that balances out the olives?
