What’s the best news you’ve ever received from an attending* physician?

I shattered the upper part of my leg in my car accident when I was 16.  After major surgery on putting in a metal rod in my right leg: doctor told me with rest and physical therapy I'd walk again.  I walk out of the hospital, but still had to do outpatient physical therapy for a year.
