It is proper.  DA made a deal with Cosby that he would not be charged criminally for the Constand claims.  In exchange for that Cosby testified in another case, a civil case,  for the DA.   The prosecution owes Cosby two years of his life. Typical knee-jerk response. If you read a little bit, you would know that the decision was about legal and civil rights, not money.

I did hear that but do feel if it was some ordinary guy, that guy would be still there.

Only because the ordinary guy would not have the money to continue fighting.

Maybe, maybe not, but "ordinary guy" is a very broad and loaded label. How do you specifically define an ordinary guy? Pure speculation.

A person without the resources to pay a lawyer to continue fighting to the supreme court.   Not famous and not rich.

Right, and he would be forgotten. But even before that, he would not have been told he would not be prosecuted with all the charges and evidence they had.

I do not think they had that much evidence in 2005.
For a regular man, the situation would have never came up.  There would have never been a civil suit if he did not have money.

Maybe you should read about it, and if you've already read about read some more.

I know what happened with the prosecutor.  he reneged on a deal he should have never made and I believe because it was a famous person is why he did that and I go back to standing by money talks and you can badger me all day but that is my conclusion.
