How frequently do you check your nostrils for "stuff?"

"Stuff" in one's nostrils is mucus, flaking skin, etc.  

I examine each nostril once a day, making it a part of my routine like brushing teeth, flossing after meals, showering, etc.

    My nostrils seem ok but I have some problem with partially blocked sinuses.
