Oh sure. But nowadays this is the real situation. People are fraught with mental illnesses. Insanity is taken for the norm in the most commonplace situations. It is hard to be surprised any longer. We are all the victims of many assaults to our brain each day both in the chemical and social world. Meaning what we eat has poisons, what we drink is toxic and whom we interact with usually winds up to be a sea of nutbags.
Bi-polar, tri-polar, sociopathic, alcoholic, drug-ridden, hooked on coffee, chain smokers .... any of those can be your neighbor so you may as well get some compassion and adjust because 99 percent of everyone is affected.

You just surprised the he** outta me me Tom. I laughed out loud at the mental picture of thumper Trump! There is absolutely nothing funny whatsoever about our 2016 presidential election so I'm totally surprised that I laughed! Thank you m'dear. I needed that! :) It's funny odd(not funny humorous) how we can laugh at things that at their core are not funny at all isn't it? Maybe that is a protective mechanism so we don't cry? :)
I think everyone prefers, civility. It's certainly better than someone who thinks insults are acceptable if delivered with pseudo politeness, Or someone who attacks people, accusing them of having gutter minds and calling them disgusting for lacking the ability to mind-read.
