No. Donald Trump's candidacy is a reflection of the deep wide streak of Authoritarianism in the American body politic.

Authoritarianism trumped up by the utter failure of the two party system to address the public's concerns, Mr. Contrary. As stated in your video the ready made constituency is to be found in the Republican party where Trump took over because they have utterly failed in addressing the concerns of their constituents. I correct your "No" to a "Yes".

NAH, i think THE UTTER FAILURE OF THE 2 PARTY SYSTEM is caused by the polarisation that is inherent in any two party sustem. They habitually demonize each other to the point where ANYTHING anybody does is supect and probably criminal. It dont matter whether it is Trump's relations wit women or Hillary having a private e-mail server. The interpretation by 'the others' are the worst possible interpretation that can be put to it.

As an example In your response to a question about Hillarys e-mails you suggest the she could have sent US government secrets to the commies (and probably did). Why? - No reason is needed by somebody who just KNOW that Hillary is an EVIL LIBERAL (and practically a commie herself). And I have seen liberals making the same kind of mistakes about conservatives.

The polarization have gone too far and is now doing major harm the United States. Very sad, and it wont be helped by both sides blaming 'the others' for it This post was edited by JakobA the unAmerican. at October 29, 2016 9:26 PM MDT
