Ari and I always avoid Halloween. It used to be unknown in Australia until maybe twenty years ago when the habit started to catch on from America - but it hs been driven primarily by commericial advertising. As far as I'm concerned its just another gimmick for making money from things and entertainments we don't need. If it's part of someone's Celtic revivalist celebration of time of year, nature, and its cycles, then I respect that.

Rule's family and publisher, Simon & Schuster, announced to the media on July 27, 2015 that she died as a result of congestive heart failure on July 26, 2015. Her death followed a visit to the emergency room where she went for treatment due to a heart attack. Rule had been moved to hospice care one day before she died.[5][24][25][26]
