Do you have an opinion on kratom usage? http://esnobotanicals.com/kratom /

I've tried the product  (about 2 grams) i find it reduces pain, reduces stress, better sleep...

  • It's just a psychoactive/bioactive  herb.  Like any psychoactive/bioactive herb or substance it has good and bad uses. Benefits and dangers.

    I heard about the stuff from a friend who is using it to reduce withdrawal sickness trying to get off heroin addiction.

  • Ya,  I know a couple of people who used it for that too.

    One thing I do know you have to be careful of is product certainty.   There are some cases of Kratom being used as a carrier for designer opiates out there.

    The FDA has considering having it banned in USA. No problem getting it in Canada .
    I find it works for me better than medical marijuana.

  • Actually Kratom is kind of a silent landmark case.  The FDA and DEA were gonna ban it in September  and halted on it because of public outcry.

    Like other drugs with psychoactive properties, it has both legitimate applications (either medical or recreational) and possible drawbacks (addiction, overdosing, negative side effects).

    It's unclear at this time what sort of regulatory regimen should be implemented around kratom usage.
