Why does bunghole Joe Biden go out of his way to not answer questions?

Especially questions about Afghanistan. He refuses to answer.

If I remember right, Trump made time to answer all questions.

    Trump not only refused to answer questions he didn't like, he would attack the reporter for asking it.

    You don't. Trump not only refused to answer questions, he quit holding press conferences altogether. He even savaged reporters who threw him softball "Dorothy Dixers".
