Would Trump leave Americans in Afghanistan to be killed by the Taliban?

Bunghole Biden sure is.
Bunghole Biden doesn't care.
Bunghole Biden is a total useless POS.

As I stated before ... Yes, he DID.

He did. Biden has inherited a clusterf**k from His Royal Orangeness, just like Obama inherited an economic one from Dubya. It's a trend for Republican Presidents to leave a mess for Dem ones to clean up.

That's actually a two-way street. Carter left a fine mess for Reagan as well.

And the economic mess was caused by Clinton deregulating the banks.  Yes W should have tried to fix it instead of bragging about the number of people now owning homes. (of course if he did....he would have been branded a racist bigot)

    Trump did not leave Afghanistan.

    Trump did not leave Afghanistan.

    Exactly.
So he left Americans in Afghanistan.
Where they could be killed by the Taliban or ISIS-K.

Nice spin there.  Trump did not leave Americans there without American military forces to protect them.

Biden pulled out military left Americans and left out military equipment for the Taliban to use.  And even gave them a list of American and Afghans who helped the US.  Disgusting.

    That was not the question.
The question was if Trump would leave Americans in Afghanistan to be killed by the Taliban.
The answer does not depend on if there were military troops there to retaliate for such killings.
It has been demonstrated over the past 20 years that having the military there did not prevent killings or kidnappings.
Nor were all Americans escorted by the military.
If that were the case, there would not have been thousands who had to find their own way to evacuate.

The topic is the botched withdraw from Afghanistan.  Biden owns that.

    Yes, he does.

But the question also implies that Trump could have done it perfectly.
Which, given Trump had 4 years to execute a "perfect" withdrawal - and failed to do so - can not stand unchallenged.

The question asks if Trump would have moved troops out before civilians.  No he would not. And we for certainly would not be relying on the Taliban to secure our departure.

I doubt it would be perfect.   But it would have been much better than the mess Biden has created.

That may be your interpretation of the question, but it is not worded that way.

As to if we would rely on the Taliban for security?
Trump admitted he made a deal with them, to prevent attacks on Americans.
That included preventing attacks by other groups.
(Sort of like hiring the biggest bully to protect you from the smaller bullies.)
So looks like Trump DID rely partially on Taliban for security.
