They are both important the F.B.I. wouldn't be involved if they weren't.

    1. Houston....we have a problem.
    2. The Republicans have their mind set to keeping Hillary's emails the most important issue to erode her credibility.
    3. We already went through this, including investigation and Hillary testifying for 11 hours for the judiciary committee.
    4. The case was close.
    5. I think Comey was intimidated or threatened by the Republicans to turn in any information regarding any information on emails.
    6. Comey, being so stupid, fell for it and contacted the chair of the judicial committee, Rep. Jason Chaffetz, the Utah chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
    7. Well, guess what? He is a Republican! After talking to him, he contacted the Justice Department. They advised him not to write Congress because he could influence the election. Comey did it anyway, saying he was a person of integrity and felt he had to report it.
    8. That is BS! If he was a person of integrity he would have investigated the link they found connecting Trump with a Russian bank through the back door.
    9. Reason he didn't investigate the Russian connection? He said he didn't want to influence the election.
    10. Oh, yeah? It was ok to to influenice the election with Hillary'emails, but not Trump's Russian connection? Comey was either threatened or paid.

You DO realize that the liberally esteemed New Your Times just reported that the FBI has cleared Mr. Trump of any connections to the Russians? No?

I believe the russians could do much more "hacking" than has been done, if motivated to do so.

The Podesta hack was simply the result of a phishing email telling him he needed to change password and sending him a fake link to do so. This was 4 months before Trump had the nomination. Did russians did this when there were still 4 candidates in the race in case trump won (which was considered unlikely at the time)?

There are far more sophisticated methods to hack emails available to those with resources and if russia really had intent of doing this they could use these methods and also simply bribe people to leak information.

The link to russians is based on some of the code used in other hacks like one at the DNC. That code is linked to code that was used by a group that is claimed to possibly have russian origins. The evidence is very light because the code used has been available since the first group used it years ago which means anyone could copy it and because the original group believed to have written it is not necessarily tied to russia in any way more than rumor. In fact a group with resources would likely do more than copy and modify because that would stand a better chance at defeating any security measures put in since it was last used.

You can read about the group APT28 and why some groups think they are behind the hack and why some thing they are russian in origin and reach your own conclusion but I will say the evidence is not there.

The only thing of importance is keeping Trump out of the Oval.  Everything else pales in comparison.

    The two go hand-in-hand.

Had Hil-LIAR-y not used an unsecured, personal (illegal) e-mail server the Russians probably wouldn't have obtained the information needed to stir the pot, so to speak.

Of course that assumes that the Russians really are trying to seriously interfere with our election process. And there's no evidence to that effect, only the "claims" of Hil-LIAR-y's campaign.

    Oh, well . . .

Yes. She is sleeping with Putin's mistress.   She is a Lesbian.  She is a traitor.  She sells white kids to Muslims.  She is stealing all the votes only if she wins.  She is dumb and not presidential at all.  On her best day she is not as pretty as Donald.    She also hates Donald Trump so I am voting for her.   That's what I was just doing as a matter of fact.  It's in the mail.

She's a shoo-in now thanks to me. This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at November 2, 2016 2:25 PM MDT

Oh, get serious. Putin wouldn't sleep with a hag like Hil-LIAR-y.

If you only motivation to vote for her is because you hate Trump for some personal reason maybe you shouldn't be voting.

(And why do you hate Trump in such a visceral way? It makes you look like a sociopath.)

You didn't answer the question. Why do you have an almost psychopathic hatred for Mr. Trump? You call him a pig from hell (very articulate of you) but you offer no evidence . . .

In essence, yes; that's exactly what she did.

She's the one that ran official US Department of State business through an unsecured e-mail server even AFTER she was told not to do that. She even signed a document acknowledging that. That's a clear violation of the Espionage Act, irrespective of intent.  (Any computer will be attacked within microseconds after being connected to the Internet. And if someone is looking for a target like the Secretary of State . . . well, any computer savvy high school geek knows that.)
