I assume I'm wrong somehow but her answer seems valid to me - -  "What is a song that mentions 'nothing at all' either in its title or lyrics? And there are those exact words, 'nothing at all,' in the title.

Yes, I suppose you didn't have "nothing at all" in quotes, so I can appreciate the trick.
