Have you experienced a coworker being fired and banned from returning to the premises, including photos being posted of him/her and a notice

left at building security stating he or she was not allowed in?

If do, do you know if he or she tried to re-enter at any time?

    We have had a couple of attorneys walked off our premises.  I'm not quite sure about the reasons, although I have my personal thoughts.  What would have happened is that their IDs and entry cards would have been taken before they left.

    No. I don't think I've ever worked anywhere that even had security.
