What’s the most boring, meh kind of pie and why is it pumpkin?

It is really easy to make.  
Just mix and freeze. 

Pumpkin pie single can (can do from pumpkin but that is harder)
Package instant Vanilla pudding
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Vanilla Ice cream
Use Gram cracker crust
Top with whipped cream.

Kind of has a pumpkin cheesecake texture.
